Our Gastronomic Douqan is an innovation permeated with the Georgian history and gastronomic culture. 
Inspired by the Old Town Tbilisi taste and characteristics, it has integrated into the present day environment so much so to become a regular eating place.

“Rigi” is a modern gastronomic douqan, with a well-developed gastronomic bazaar, where the Georgian, prevalently Tbilisi-style gastronomic culture and Old Town Tbilisi character harmonize with the contemporary trends both in terms of serving and the environment.   
Douqan used to be a cultural icon of Tbilisi not only in terms of its content but attitude as well.
